PTN Hot and Cold in Winter Cup

With team drivers Teemu Petjoi (KF2), Otto Raitio (KF2) and Simo Muhonen (KF3) suited up and raring to go, PTN Racing opened up its 2010 racing season in Lonato, Italy. Lonato proved to be a major gathering as well over 100 competitors were present in both the KF categories and each driver had to compete in five qualifying heats in order to earn a starting spot in the finals. PTN´s three drivers performed quite well all weekend, especially Petjoi and Raitio who were amongst the fastest drivers on the track in every KF2 heat.

Unfortunately, all three drivers experienced some misfortune and were not able to earn a place among the 34 finalists. Furthermore, heavy rain and chilly ambient temperatures also made things difficult on Friday and throughout the weekend. Hopefully the next race - scheduled for Finland in April - will bring better things for PTN Racing
