In the men's competition of Wakeboard World Cup, Phillip Soven (USA) added another World Cup Singapore title to his list of achievements to complete a four-peat reign in Singapore.
The flamboyant New Zealander, Jeff Weatherall, managed a 2nd place to Phillip who's task of winning was made easier after Weatherall fell on his first pass, thus far securing the $15,000 top prize purse for the American.
